This piece was written during a bad spell of insomnia and quarantine burnout in June 2020. Motifs and fragments mutate and reference each other in ways ranging from linear development to complete non-sequiturs, capturing meandering and sometimes nonsensical train of thought one has when trying (and failing) to sleep.
